Vijay starrer Jilla took a very big opening on the day of its release, January 10th, 2014 and has now reached its 100th day. With films hardly managing to stay at the theatres for not more than a few days, it is indeed a very big achievement. In order to celebrate this success, a grand 100th day function is being held at the Albert Theatre in Chennai today, April 18th, 2014. Vijay, of course, will be gracing the event, and many other film celebrities are also expected to make it to the function. Jilla has been directed by Nesan and also starred Mohanlal and Kajal Agarwal in important roles. We had reported earlier that Jai and director Saravanan have teamed up again after ‘Engeyum Eppothum’. The latest development on the film is that Andrea has been roped in to play the leading lady in the film. Director Saravanan has revealed that Andrea will be seen in a very stylish role as the movie is a completely city-based one.
