BOYAPATI SRINU WILL BE WIELDING THE MEGAPHONE FOR RAM CHARAN’S NEXT AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THEY WILL BE WORKING TOGETHER. Amidst reports that two of Tollywood’s leading stars Ram Charan and Jr NTR would be teaming up to share the screen space for an SS Rajamouli directorial which is set to go on the floors later next year, there are reports about the former’s next which is exciting as well. Director Boyapati Srinu will be wielding the megaphone for Ram Charan’s next and this is the first time they will be working together. The film will be bankrolled by DVV Dhanayya under his banner DVV Entertainments. The groundwork for this project has been going on for quite a while now and it is expected to commence on November 26.
Meanwhile, Ram Charan would be wrapping up Rangasthalam 1985 which is partly set in a different era. Expectations are high on this flick as the star would be appearing in a very different get up. Directed by Sukumar, Rangasthalam is produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y Ravi Shankar, Mohan Cherukuri, Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan under the banner Mythri Movie Makers with Surekha Konidela presenting it. Recently, Chiranjeevi watched the unedited version of the film and expressed his happiness about the way the film has turned out. Samantha Ruth Prabhu is pairing up with Ram Charan for the first time with the star cast also includes Jagapati Babu, Rambha, Gouthami, Aadhi Pinisetty, Anasuya Bharadwaj and Padmaja Lanka. Pooja Hegde will be shaking a leg for a song in it. Devi Sri Prasad has composed music for Rangasthalam with R Rathnavelu cranking the camera and Navin Nooli editing it. Made on a budget of around Rs 45 crores, the film is touted to hit the marquee on March 16 next year. With Ram Charan having exciting projects on his hands with leading directors, his fans are waiting eagerly to know more about the upcoming films with Boyapati Srinivas and SS Rajamouli. |
